One of Traverse City’s original roasters, this family-owned, high-end coffee shop sources and roasts its own beans with a socially conscious philosophy. They also serve espresso drinks, pastries, and whole bean for purchase to take home.

Sabbath Coffee Roasters: Crafting Exceptional Coffee in Michigan

Previously known as BLK MRKT, this veteran-owned and e-commerce-driven roaster is helping veterans and military service members with mental health challenges, while producing an array of small-batch coffees. They are located in The Village at Grand Traverse Commons.

Small-batch roaster that serves espresso and pastries with a laid back, community-centric environment in downtown Cadillac. They also sell their beans online and deliver to local restaurants and businesses. This was the first roaster to establish itself on Leelanau County’s picturesque shoreline, with a loyal following of both residents and visitors. They now have locations in both Petoskey (North Perk) and Boyne City, as well as a seasonal location at the Lake Street Art Studios building in downtown Traverse City.
