The wood-burning sauna and cold plunge are the brainchild of Tyrell and Natasha Mara, who are also entrepreneurs and farmers. Their intention was to create a space that is both an unexpected oasis and a place of learning, connection and growth. Partnering with world-class education from the Human Performance Project, the studio offers guests practical knowledge and tools they can apply to their wellness and performance goals. Drop-in, workshop, retreat, cold plunge only or private’mini reset’ options are available for guests.

The spa has a beautiful location by the beach and provides great services at an excellent price. Rooms are a little outdated, but comfortable. A little bit more customer service would have been nice. We had to carry 2 big bags a long way to our room in the heat – not very pleasant!
